Customer service is our priority, so please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.  Our goal is for our customers to feel special.

Ready to ship items ordered from Kathryn Designs will be sent within two business days.  Most  ready to ship items will be mailed  the next  business day. 

Orders will be sent via the US Postal Service, with delivery confirmation. Once your item has been mailed, we will email you with the delivery confirmation information and the expected date of delivery.

All items are beautifully gift boxed with a bow and handmade bead charm.  Purchases can be sent to any address provided and if requested, a gift card will be enclosed for the recipient. 

For custom items, please allow up to 10 days for your item to be created. 

Returns:  

If you are not happy with your item, please let us know as soon as possible.  Jewelry can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 business days of being received.  We want you to be happy with your purchase and greaty appreciate your business.

Shipping Cost:  

US Shipping: 4.95       

For shipping outside of the US, we use FLAT RATE PRIORITY shipping with the USPS.  The cost is 14.95.  

Payment: 

Payments can be made through PayPal using your credit card.  No PayPal account is needed. 

Please be aware that if you pay via e-check through PayPal, your item will be shipped when the check clears. This usually takes about three days.

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Kathryn Designs website. On some pages, you can order products or contact us via email.  The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

On some pages, you can submit information about other people. For example, if you order a gift online and want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to submit the recipient's address. In this circumstance, the types of personal information collected are:

We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
